There are some choices that you may want to think about:
Editing
In general, we will edit the video in the
following fashion:
1. Highlights of guests arriving, groom, location and
bridal party arriving before ceremony. Set to music.
2. Ceremony including readings, vows and sermon (we usually
edit the hymns out unless requested to leave them in).
Signing of the register will be edited to show the
highlights rather than every moment of this process.
3. Highlights of photo session, confetti and reception
venue, possibly including line up. Set to music.
4. Wedding breakfast entrance followed by speeches
(generally we will include all of the speeches in their
entirety).
5. Evening highlights set to music.
6. First dance
7. Depending on time of first dance, later disco/band
footage etc.
On average, this will result in a main video of about 45-90
minutes, although this can vary greatly depending on the
length of the ceremony and speeches.
The main options you might want to consider are:
1. Inclusion of Hymns, if you want the hymns included we
would generally shorten them to make the video more
watchable.
2. Editing of sermon etc. to shorten the video and make it
more enjoyable to watch.
3. Editing of speeches (picking the best bits from each
speech).
Music
We would like you to provide us with a list of 5-6 music
tracks that you would like included in the video. We will
choose from these the ones which best fit the footage for
the final edit.
Extra DVDs
You get 3 DVDs and 3 Blu Ray disks as standard, if you like
you can add additional DVSs for £19 each, gold archive
grade DVD copies for £29 each and Blu-Ray disks for £25
each.
Diary Room
As mentioned in the Options &
Pricing section you can extend your video coverage
to 11pm with the addition of the video 'diary room'
option.
