Once we have received your booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking by email. This may take a few days. In the unlikely event of there being any problems (such as a clash with another booking) we will let you know as soon as possible and return the deposit.
A few weeks before the wedding we will call you to confirm the details of your booking. In the mean time, feel free to email or call us if you have any questions.
The remaining payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding. This is £699 for the easyweddingvideo.com Video Package, or £849 if you have opted for the Video Package + Diary Room Option.
As with the holding deposit; you can make the final payment by sending a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Stuart Mottershead at 10 Melksham Drive, Irby, Wirral CH61 4YE. Alternatively you can make the final payment using PayPal (paid to stuart.mottershead@mac.com).
After the wedding, we will edit your video. This is the most complex and time consuming part of the process, and it will usually take about 4-8 weeks before your video is ready (in the peak of the summer it may take a little longer). Once your DVDs are ready we will deliver all 3 copies to you. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your wedding DVDs we will do what we can (within reason) to address your concerns.
If you wish, you can purchase additional copies of your DVD at £19 each, multiples of 5 for £75, or multiples of 10 at £120.
We can also provide you with 'raw footage' DVDs for an additional £99. These contain the unedited camera footage with only minor modifications to remove unwanted audio tracks etc.
